Christmas can be a stressful time for any family, but for those families that we support at this time of the year many of them are dealing with additional challenges.  It could be the first year in their own home, or for some families they are now in refuge or safe house accommodation.  In this appeal we want to focus on the children who have experienced domestic abuse and have now possibly been up rooted from their natural support structures.  We want to make sure that they have toys on Christmas Day and to give them a sense of safety and nuture them as a form of therapeutic support.
